- Verification: To confirm your identity via the Ghana Card to prevent fraud and ensure a safe environment for both passengers and operators.
- Service Delivery: To process ticket bookings, manage digital wallets, and facilitate transport.
- Safety & Security: To power our SOS/Emergency Alert system and track trips in real-time to discourage criminal activity.
- Legal Compliance: To meet the regulatory requirements of the Ghana Ministry of Transport and the Data Protection Commission.
Specific Note on Ghana Card Collection
In alignment with Ghanaian national security protocols and our anti-robbery measures, the Ghana Card is used to ensure that all users on the platform are verified. This data is encrypted and stored securely.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We only share information with:
- Transport Operators: Only necessary details (name and booking reference) are shared with bus operators to facilitate your travel.
- Payment Processors: To complete financial transactions securely.
